Born and raised in Duluth, MN, Erin has lived an exciting life that has taken her to countless destinations and given her experience in a variety of vocations. Erin graduated from The College of St. Scholastica with a Bachelor's in Biology and a plan to pursue her dream of working with animals. After years of working in numerous capacities, she found herself most enjoying working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
In 2005, Erin began the process of opening the first A&E Homes program and the rest is history!
Erin has a great passion for continuing her education and in recent years has completed an Elderly Care Certification through UWS and is also a certified Emergency Medical Technician with the Gordon/Wascott EMS Service in WI.
Erin lives in Oliver, WI with her husband Herb, their three dogs, and two cats. Together, they enjoy kayaking and camping in the summer and traveling whenever they can!
Andie first came to Duluth, MN in 2008 and has called it home ever since. Graduating from The College of St. Scholastica with a Bachelor's in Psychology, Andie has dedicated her professional career to the field of Human Services and currently serves A&E Homes as the Executive Director, overseeing the daily operations of each of our programs. Andie has a passion for developing leadership skills in others in professional roles and takes great pride in seeing others succeed
Andie and her husband, Levi, love Duluth and everything it has to offer. From the beautiful shore of Lake Superior, the amazing local coffee shops, to even the unpredictable weather that comes with living in the Northland.
Stephanie was born and raised in the Duluth/Hermantown area and will tell you she could not imagine living anywhere else. Stephanie is the very-proud mother to her daughter, Aubrey. Together, they love to spend their free time shopping, cozying up on the couch and watching movies, or reading a good book.
Stephanie has been a part of A&E Homes since September of 2016. Starting first as a Direct Support Professional, Stephanie now holds the position of Program Coordinator for the Hutch team and residents and we could not be any more proud to have her on our team!
Mariah grew up in Lino Lakes, MN and made the permanent move up to Duluth in September 2017. She attended the College of St. Scholastica and graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. Mariah loves to spend her free time with her husband Tom and black lab Luna, whether it’s a hike on a trail, a run on the lake walk, or exploring the north shore to admire the beauty of Lake Superior. She also loves to travel, eat all of Duluth’s delicious food, and enjoys being outside in the sunshine!
Mariah joined A&E Homes in May of 2018 and holds the position of Program Coordinator for the London team!
